1General Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legal agreement between Mamibet and its users. Accessing the Mamibet website or platform, creating an account, or using any of its services means you have fully read and agreed to these terms.

2Account Registration & Verification

To open an account on Mamibet, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be 18 years of age or older.
• Online betting must be legally permitted in the country where you are located.
• Each individual may register only one account. If multiple family members share the same device or IP address, the support team must be notified.
• Accurate and genuine information must be provided at the time of registration. Opening an account with false information is a breach of these terms.
• You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login credentials strictly confidential.

As part of the account verification (KYC) process, you may be required to submit a copy of your National ID, passport, or driving licence, along with proof of address. Mamibet may request additional verification at any time for large withdrawals or suspicious activity.

3Deposits & Withdrawals Policy

With Bangladeshi users in mind, Mamibet supports multiple payment methods including Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. The following rules apply to deposits and withdrawals:

• Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours, though banking delays may occasionally result in longer processing times.
• Withdrawals must be made through the same method used for the original deposit, in accordance with anti-money laundering requirements.

• Mamibet reserves the right to temporarily place a hold on any transaction that appears unusual or suspicious.

4Betting Rules

The following rules are strictly enforced for all bets placed on Mamibet:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled unless the Cash Out option is available.
• If a match or event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, Mamibet reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• Odds in live betting change rapidly. The odds displayed at the time your bet is confirmed will be the ones that apply.
• Maximum win limits apply to both single bets and multi-bets (accumulators).
• Betting using match-fixing or insider information will result in account closure.

5Bonus & Promotion Terms

Mamibet offers a range of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with its own terms, but the general rules are as follows:

• Wagering Requirements: To withdraw a bonus, you are generally required to wager the bonus amount a specified number of times. This number is stated separately for each offer.
• Validity Period: Each bonus is valid for a specified period. Any unused bonus will be automatically cancelled upon expiry.
• Multiple Accounts: Claiming multiple bonuses through accounts registered by the same person or household is strictly prohibited.
• Bonus Adjustment: Multiple bonuses cannot be used simultaneously unless an offer explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonus Withdrawal: Mamibet reserves the right to void any bonus if fraud is suspected.

6Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Mamibet and will result in permanent account closure:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Registering using a fake or another person's identity.
• Using betting software, bots, or automated tools to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting odds errors or technical vulnerabilities.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial transactions.
• Demeaning, threatening, or engaging in dishonest conduct toward other users.
• Attempting to manipulate the bonus system.

7Account Closure & Suspension

Mamibet may suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of the Terms & Conditions.
• If verification documents submitted for KYC are found to be inauthentic.
• Extended periods of inactivity (typically 12 months).
• At the user's own request.
• Due to a court order or legal obligation.

Any legitimate funds remaining in an account will be refunded prior to permanent closure, unless the closure is due to fraud, in which case this may not apply. To appeal an account closure, contact us at support@mamibet.click.

8Limitation of Liability

Mamibet accepts no liability in the following circumstances:

• Bets lost due to technical issues or internet disconnection.
• Transactions that fail to complete due to delays on the part of third-party payment gateways.
• Losses resulting from sharing account credentials with others.
• Force majeure events such as natural disasters, war, or government directives.

Mamibet always strives to provide reliable service, but 100% uptime cannot be guaranteed. The platform may be temporarily unavailable during scheduled maintenance, and advance notice will be provided.

9Responsible Gaming

Mamibet believes betting should be a source of entertainment, not financial hardship. To support this, we offer the following tools:
